Case Study – Bed bugs in Esher
Treatment for common bedbug (Cimex lectularius) in a five bedroom house in Esher.
We undertook a survey of the rooms and found that two bedrooms were infested with bedbugs.
A residual insecticide (Bendiocarb) was applied as a crack and crevice treatment to bed frames, wall floor junctions and gaps in skirting boards.
A follow up treatment was carried out using a residual insecticide of a different type (alphacypermethrin) applied as a crack and crevice treatment again to bed frames, wall floor junctions and gaps in skirting boards.
The third and last treatment was one using Diatoms ( DE dust) this was applied again to bed frames, wall floor junctions and gaps in skirting boards and beneath the beds. The DE dust was left in place.
The above is broadly how we treat bed bugs, some treatments differ slightly, however our bed bug treatments are guaranteed.
